Rob Munin
Rob is the CEO of LUX Products Corp. His leadership and voice guides and enhances all aspects of the business from product pipeline, supply chain, sales and marketing through to the customer experience. With more than 25 years of marketing and sales leadership building brands in retail and wholesale channels, Rob is deeply committed to the HVAC industry. Rob represents the thermostat industry as a Board member of the Thermostat Recycling Corporation, and when it comes to smart technology in the home, Rob believes innovation starts with the common, everyday experiences and how we interact with those daily. Rob continues to be one of the HVAC industry’s top thought leaders.
Gary Hsieh
Gary comes to LUX Products Corp with deep expertise in home automation. For the past 15 years, Gary has engineered, deployed and managed building and home automation systems. His experience has ranged from the Life Safety Control Building Automation industry at Siemens Building Technology and Cooper Wheelock to Automated Daylighting Controls at MechoShade Systems. He has also held positions within the Architectural Lighting Industry at Zumtobel and, most recently, a senior manager for Home Automation at Comcast Xfinity Home. Gary has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University in New Brunswick NJ. He lives in Mount Laurel, NJ with his wife and two children
Kurt Mease
Kurt has been with LUX since 2004. As product manager, Kurt’s leadership in evolving the technical support team with live chat and live call answering, in addition to his “extracurricular” studies at Penn State University’s Project Management program and historical product knowledge, has made him an invaluable resource. In this role, Kurt helps manage and develop both existing and new products.
